Lo, how a Rose e'er blooming
Tonight I offer you "Lo, How a Rose E'er Blooming," as performed by the Atlanta Symphony Chorus, under the direction of Robert Shaw. It was originally written in German in the 16th or 15th century, but was adopted by English protestants in the early 1600s. I've always liked it.
This version is good, though I actually prefer the Rutter version performed by the Cambridge Singers. You can find that version here.
